DELIVERY INFO
To ensure that your order is the freshest it can be, we have partnered with
UPS to provide fast, dependable service right to your door.
- All orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the
date of your order.
- Orders to small centers or remote locations may
require extra delivery time.
- If you live in a remote location, we will contact you to discuss how
your order will be handled.
- We ship to any address within the Continental United States ( Alaska
and Hawaii are excluded).
- Please remember thatUPS requires an actual street number and
will not deliver to post office boxes.
- If no one is at home when
your package arrives,UPS will leave
the package at your front door.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer weekly delivery (orders shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only) via:
- UPS Ground Service to the lower 48 States.
For same-week delivery you must place your order on Monday or Tuesday before
5 p.m. Eastern Time (3 p.m. Mountain Time, 2 p.m. Pacific Time).
Delivery Guidelines: The delivery information below is a guideline, as we
cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. To send you the freshest bread possible,
we bake fresh each day (except Sunday ... we’re closed for “loafing”).
This means your bread and/or baked goods won’t be baked until the day
of shipment or the day prior to shipping your order.
UPS Ground Delivery: If You Place Your Order On ... Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday – then your order will be shipped on Monday
of the following week and delivery will occur no later than Thursday.
UPS Ground Delivery: If You Place Your Order On ... Monday - then order
will ship on Wednesday and delivery will occur no later than Friday.
REFUND POLICY
All products ordered from this website will be shipped fresh. We rely on our shipping partners, UPS and Fedex, to deliver our products in excellent condition and within a two day time frame of their receipt. Due to the perishable nature of bread, all packages should be opened and enjoyed upon delivery. If you receive damaged or spoiled products, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Please note that we choose to ship product only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure pre-weekend delivery. To ensure freshness, any replacement products will be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
